The requirement of document usually varies country to country but principally these types of document are essential such as;

To be able to obtain the approval letter from the Government of Nepal, The following are, in principle, required for government formalities and procedures;

Application for Guarantee and Undertaking

This letter is issued by the employer addressing the Consulate General of the respective Embassy intimating him of appointment of Aayush Overseas Pvt. Ltd. (License No. 1341/074/075, Kathmandu, Nepal) as the lawful agent of the employers their authorization to act on behalf of the employers and to carry out all Visa formalities with the Embassy with particular Visa.

Demand Letter

A formal letter issued by the employer addressing Aayush Overseas Pvt. Ltd. (License No. 1341/074/075, Kathmandu, Nepal) with full detail of the job categories, number of workers, monthly salary, contract period, working hours and all other facilities like food, accommodation medical and air passage.

Power of Attorney

A letter issued by the employer authorizing Aayush Overseas Pvt. Ltd. (License No. 1341/074/075, Kathmandu, Nepal) to act on behalf of the employer in recruiting the required number of workers and to carry out all necessary formalities related with the respective Embassy and the related agencies of the government of Nepal.

Inter Party Recruitment Agreement

This agreement is made between Aayush Overseas Pvt. Ltd. (License No. 1341/074/075, Kathmandu, Nepal) and the Employer Company on the Employer Company’s letterhead stating clearly and precisely all the terms and conditions regarding recruitment of manpower from Nepal.

Guarantee Letter

A formal letter addressing to Director General, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Department of Foreign Employment, Tinkune/ Tahachal, Kathmandu, Nepal. Promising that the workers will work in the country which is mentioned in the Demand Letter, and they will not be sent to work in any other country.

Employment Contract

This agreement is made between the company (Employer) and the Employee on the company’s letterhead stating clearly and precisely all the terms and conditions regarding employment.

For the Kingdom of Saudi Arab

Following additional Documents are essential for KSA only.

Authorization Letter/Counselor Letter, Company Registration (CR) Copy, Visa Slip (Bank Slip).

Note: Documents Should be duly sealed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Chamber of Commerce or concerned Government Authority & Nepalese Embassy of the respective country.
